Red Rock is a multi-disciplinary service provider delivering integrated engineering, construction, maintenance, and workforce solutions across Australia. Operating from a strategic base in the Pilbara, we combine technical capability, industry experience, and a deep commitment to safety and innovation.
Our capabilities span engineering, fabrication, structural, mechanical and piping (SMP), electrical and instrumentation, construction, scaffolding and access, coatings and surface treatment, shutdown execution, facilities maintenance, workforce solutions and renewable energy products including our solar-powered temporary site facilities and solar generator fleet.
From small maintenance works through to major capital projects, we pride ourselves on delivering responsive, practical solutions that create long-term value for our clients.

Director
A proud Yinjibarndi and Ngarluma man, Shaun brings more than 25 years’ experience across mining, energy and infrastructure projects throughout the Pilbara and Kimberley. His leadership ensures Red Rock remains strongly connected to community while delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
Director
Craig is an experienced leader in Western Australia’s mining, construction and resources sectors. He drives business development, client relationships and strategic growth for Red Rock. With a trade background and strong operational expertise, Craig connects client needs with Red Rock’s integrated services.
General Manager
Experienced maintenance business leader with a strong background in managing operations, teams, and client relationships. Skilled in delivering large-scale shutdowns and complex projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule, with a focus on operational excellence, cost control, quality, and building high-performing teams.
Finance Manager
Christy is a Commercial and Finance Leader with 16+ years’ experience driving performance across major projects and complex business environments. She is an expert in commercial strategy, finance, contracts and risk management across Mining, Oil & Gas and Construction, delivering strong commercial outcomes and effective stakeholder and risk management.
